Radiology Interventional Physician

This pivotal role offers an exceptional opportunity to deliver high-quality interventional radiology services within a state-of-the-art hospital environment. You will be instrumental in managing a diverse patient population, performing advanced procedures, and contributing to innovative care in a collaborative setting.

Required Skills:
  • Board Certification in Radiology with fellowship training in Interventional Radiology (IR)
  • Valid medical license and DEA certification in your practicing state
  • Minimum of a few years of IR practice experience
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR system
  • Ability to perform advanced IR procedures such as kyphoplasty, ablations, PAD interventions, GAE, and related specialties
  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and team collaboration abilities

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working in a hospital setting with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with higher-end IR procedures and complex case management
  • Additional certifications in specialized IR techniques or related fields

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology with at least several years of relevant practice

Other Requirements:
  • Availability for a 2-week per month coverage schedule, day shifts (07:30 – 16:00, 3x12-hour shifts)
  • Ability to support staff and work within a high-volume interventional radiology department
  • Willingness to support procedures with hospital credentialing within approximately 120 days (sooner if possible)
  • Travel, licensure, certification, and related reimbursements when applicable
