• Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,150 - $7,280
• Location: Phoenix, AZ 85037 (On-site hospital)
• Position: Interventional Radiologist / IR Physician — Locum tenens (contract)
• Duration: September 1, 2026 – September 2, 2026 (short-term coverage)
• Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST, 7 days a week
• Call: Rotating call shifts and holiday coverage with current IR practice
• Annual Volume: Estimated 10,238 cases (high-volume interventional radiology practice)

Job Requirements

• Interventional Radiology fellowship training (IR fellowship)
• ABR Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology certification (Board Certified/Board Eligible)
• Minimum 1 year of interventional radiology experience
• Ability to perform general fluoroscopy procedures preferred
• Strong proficiency with Powerscribe 1 dictation; familiarity with PACS and EMR workflows is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of image-guided interventional radiology procedures including biopsy, drain placement, nephrostomy, gastrostomy, embolization, IVC filter placement, fistulagram with declot, and biliary and venous interventions
• Provide general radiology reads as needed (diagnostic reads and on-call interpretations)
• Cover fluoroscopy procedures during IR on-call shifts and participate in rotating call and holiday coverage with the current IR practice
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 61 RVUs per shift) while maintaining high-quality patient care
