Preferred Schedule:
Clinic: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch
Evening call: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–8:00 AM
No on-call for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call
Call type: Beeper
Call ratio: 1:5
Call response time: 30 minutes for emergencies only
Phone consults: 10 daily in 24 hours
Patients seen on call: 15–20
Call back %: 10%

Hospital: Trauma Level 3, stroke-certified

Procedures include: Fistulogram-declotting, liver mass biopsy, thoracentesis, thyroid biopsy, shoulder arthrogram, paracentesis, renal mass embolization, CVL, abdominal mass biopsy and bone marrow aspiration, tunneled HD catheter, central line

Required certs: ACLS, BLS
