Coverage Needed
- Start Date: 7/1/2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: 20+ shifts a month, Monday to Friday, no weekends
- Consecutive shifts preferred
- Open to multiple locum providers to help meet coverage needs
Clinical Details
- Procedures: CT and ultrasound-guided biopsies, drain placements and management, biliary procedures, GI and GU procedures, vascular procedures and access, hemodialysis access procedures, oncology-related interventional procedures
- Annual IR census: 1,800 – 2,000 cases
- Inpatient: 1,800 – 2,000 annually
- Outpatient: 1,260 – 1,400 annually
- EMR: EPIC
- Call: No
Requirements
- Board Certified
- State Licensure: Illinois
- DEA Required
- Certifications: ACLS
- Minimum Experience: 1 year
- CSR License Required
- Must have an active Illinois license
- IMLC not accepted
- Clean background
