This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a dedicated team supporting various complex procedures in a supportive hospital setting.
Required Skills
- Valid California medical license and board certification in Radiology or Interventional Radiology
- Minimum of 3 years of post-training clinical experience in interventional radiology procedures
- Proficiency in angiography, embolization, stent placement, thrombolysis, radiofrequency ablations, and image-guided biopsies (excluding CNS/spine procedures)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple cases with a focus on patient safety and precision
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff and support teams
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with biliary interventions and percutaneous drainages
- Familiarity with Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
- Additional proficiency in venous and arterial interventions, TIPS, or port placements
- Prior experience working in a hospital setting with multi-disciplinary teams
Preferred Education and Experience
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- State-specific licensure (California required)
- At least 3 years of post-residency interventional radiology experience in a hospital environment
Other Requirements
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including occasional weekend coverage, with no call requirements
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts depending on case load
- Willingness to support full-time schedule and rotate shifts as needed
- Travel reimbursements and licensed certification renewals as applicable
