- Dedicated IR call rotation with equitable distribution
- Opportunity to partner closely with the Lead Interventional Radiologist who is responsible for overall service line development, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence while still having a voice in workflow and program evolution.
- Perform a wide range of minimally invasive, image guided procedures in a hospital setting.
- Provide pre and post procedural consults, inpatient consultative support, and appropriate follow up.
- Collaborate with referring services including surgery, oncology, nephrology, cardiology, and hospital medicine.
- Work closely with IR APPs and staff to optimize throughput, patient experience, communication, and access.
- Participate as a fully engaged member of the IR team, sharing call responsibilities and supporting ongoing growth of the service line.
- Fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology, board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology or IR DR.
- Comfortable with a broad hospital based case mix and interested in both complex and bread and butter IR.
- Open to mentorship and collaboration with a Lead IR, administrative partners, and APPs in a program that is actively evolving.
- Values teamwork, clear communication, and a low drama, solutions oriented culture.
