This role is ideal for an IR provider with strong general IR experience looking for a high-paying, well-supported call structure.
Schedule
-
Weekdays: 8:00a–4:00p onsite, with evening call 4:00p–8:00a

Weekends: 24-hour call
-
Average weekday callbacks: ~2.5 hours

Average weekend callbacks: ~1.3 hours

Emergency-only callbacks
Clinical Scope
Busy IR service averaging 10–15 procedures/day, including:

Diagnostic & therapeutic vascular interventions

Angioplasty, stenting, thrombolysis, embolization
-
TIPS, IVC filters, ports, central lines, PICCs

Biopsies (above/below diaphragm & bone)

Abscess drainage, thoracentesis, paracentesis
-
Pain management injections, vertebroplasty
-
Y90/TACE, uterine artery embolization
-
Nephrostomy, gastrostomy tubes, cryoablation, and more
Preferred but not required: Neuro stroke thrombectomy
No diagnostic reads required between IR cases

Requirements

Strong general IR experience (must-have)

North Dakota license or IMLC
-
Epic EMR
-
Standard credentialing and enrollment required (no temp privs)
