Job description
Seeking a Board-Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist for a travel assignment in South Carolina. This role involves onsite coverage across two hospital locations with a balanced mix of general diagnostic radiology and light interventional procedures. The radiologist will work within a collaborative reading pool and support routine inpatient and outpatient imaging services. Preference is for onsite coverage; however, remote work may be considered with a minimum shift commitment.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform and interpret barium swallows
• Conduct ultrasound-guided biopsies
• Perform light IR procedures, including liver and CT-guided biopsies
• Participate in a shared radiologist reading pool
• Cover multiple onsite locations as scheduled
Qualifications
• Fellowship trained (required)
• Board Eligible (within 5 years)
• Active South Carolina medical license or FCVS profile
• Ability to obtain credentialing (approx. 90 days)
• Dosimetry badge required on first day of shift
Working Hours
• Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite)
• Optional weekend day shifts: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• No call required
• Remote option considered with a minimum of 10+ weekday shifts per month
