- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Evening Call 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Weekend Call 24-hour (7:00 AM Sat - 7:00 AM Sun)
- Specific Dates: 3/16-3/22, 3/30-4/5
- On Call
Clinical Details
- Procedures: Trauma Embolization (Body), Pulmonary Thrombectomy, Gastric tube placement, Biliary/Chole tube placement, Nephrostomy and Ureteral stenting, Dialysis Graft/Fistula stenting, Body Arteriography, IVC Filter placement and Removal
- Ideal Procedures: Cryo Ablation, Thermal Ablation, TIPS, Venous and Arterial Stenting, Venous and Arterial extremity thrombectomy and limb salvage, Prostate and Uterine artery embolization, Gonadal vein Embolization, Uterine Fibroid Embolization, Y90, Chemo Embolization, Pseudoaneurysm treatment, Vertebral Body Biopsy
- Call: Evening call expected 0-1 call backs per shift; Weekend call 3-4 interventions (1-3 hours per intervention)

- Board Certified
- State Licenses: Idaho, IMLC Accepted
- Willing to License: Yes
