· Practice Setting: Main Hospital
· Start Date: ASAP-ongoing
· Shift Schedule/Time: Monday - Friday 7a - 5p
· Call Requirements: every third weekday and every third weekend; 1 out of 3 Interventional Radiologists
· Patients Per Day: 8
· Required Procedures: Angioplasty, Stent placement, Embolization, Needle biopsy, Thrombolysis, UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization). Preferred: Ortho, Gyn, Urology cases
· Support Staff: Manager, two APPs supporting a team of three Interventional Radiologists & 2 APPs
· EMR: EPIC
· Credentialing Timeframe: 60 - 90 Days, Temps available
