Compensation

• Pay Rate: $400–$425/hour
• Holiday Rate: Additional $125/hour
• Overtime: Not available
• All rates are all-inclusive (travel and lodging included)

Schedule

• Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts only (No Call)
• Shift Options: Day, Swing, Night, Weekend
• Night Shift Example: 8-hour shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Flexibility: Open to whatever shifts the provider can work
  • The more shifts per month, the better
• ONSITE – Full-time Light IR

IMPORTANT: Confirm and clearly state which shifts the provider can work in the submission.

Scope of Practice – Light IR

Providers must be comfortable performing the following:

• Thyroid, liver, and renal biopsies
• CT-guided and ultrasound-guided biopsies
• Lung biopsies
• Paracentesis & thoracentesis
• Cyst and abscess drainages
• Diagnostic lumbar punctures
• Myelograms
• Arthrograms and joint injections (knee, elbow, hip, ankle, shoulder)

Productivity Expectations

• Minimum: 70+ wRVUs per shift
• Productivity is actively monitored
• If productivity falls below expectations:
  • 15-day notice of cancellation issued
  • Contract may be reinstated if productivity improves during that period

Note: wRVUs are different from RVUs and should be clearly communicated to providers.

Requirements

• Board Certification: Required
• State License: Active license required (willing to license acceptable)
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days or less
• Experience: Must meet productivity and Light IR procedural expectations
