- Support Staff: Rad techs, nurses, and medical assistants
- EMR: Advanced MD
- Special Procedures: Dialysis access procedures, 6 to 10 a day, including catheters, Dclog, and Fisagram
- Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active CA License
- DEA
- Credentialing Timeframe: 24-48 hours
