A respected, physician-led radiology group in northwest Arkansas is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join a well-established and highly supported IR program. This opportunity is ideal for a new graduate seeking mentorship and balance or an experienced IR ready to step away from the daily grind while maintaining meaningful clinical volume and long-term earning potential.

Practice Setting

• Dedicated IR service within a physician-owned private practice

• Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient consults

• Procedures performed at:

  • Level II Trauma Center

  • Additional community hospital

• Modern IR suites with advanced technology

• Diagnostic reads are optional (additional income)

• Strong APP, RN, and technologist support

• Light call: 1:3, shared equitably

• Monday–Friday schedule

• 4-day workweek option available

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $675,000–$725,000 (based on experience)

• Earning Potential: $1M+ with partnership opportunities

• 12 weeks of vacation!
