- Dates: ASAP-Ongoing
- Schedule: 24hr rate, on-site M-F 8a-5p, call 5pm -8am and weekend call coverage.
- Support staff: IR technologists, NPs
- Patient Volume: 5-6 procedures per weekday average
- EMR: Cerner
- Certifications: SC license, DEA, CSR, BLS, ACLS, BC in ABR, vaccination records
- Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: 90 days-120 days
