Coverage Details:
- Coverage needed per month (24hr / hourly shifts / shifts + call, etc): 24hr rate, on-site M-F 8a-5p, call 5pm -8am and weekend call coverage.
- Frequency of any Call needed: Will be split between 3-4 rads.
- May float btwn facilities, but main work location is out of PMC
Work Details:
- Support staff: IR technologists, NPs
- Patient Volume: 5-6 procedures per weekday average
- Patient Age Group: N/A
- EMR/Documentation System: Cerner
Requirements:
- Are Board Certifications Req’d?: BC in ABR required
- Which State License(s) Req’d?: Active SC license required
- Certifications Req’d? (BLS / ACLS / etc): BLS, ACLS
- CSR Req’d?: Yes
- DEA Req’d?: Yes
- Are vaccines mandatory?: vaccination records are mandatory at this hospital
Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: 90 days-120 days
