An exciting locum opportunity for an Interventional Radiologist in Springfield, MA! Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule, hybrid onsite/remote flexibility, multi-modality reads, and collaborative support. Jump into a role with strong departmental resources and varied imaging cases across all age ranges. 🚀
Job Responsibilities
• Perform breast & thyroid FNA procedures
• Interpret CT, MRI (neuro, spine, brain, MSK), US, PET/CT, Nuc Med
• Read pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric studies
• One day/week onsite for diagnostic breast imaging
• Work with EPIC, PowerScribe & PACS systems
• Collaborate with a radiology team of 6 physicians
Qualifications
• BC/BE in Radiology — REQUIRED
• Active MA medical license — REQUIRED
• ACLS & BLS — REQUIRED
• Strong IR & diagnostic interpretive ability
• Comfortable with fast-paced imaging workflow
Working Hours
• Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• No weekends, No overnight call
Skills
• High-volume imaging interpretation
• Strong procedural accuracy
• Excellent communication & reporting
• Ability to work partially remote
• Comfortable with multiple imaging platforms
