A fantastic Locum-to-Perm Radiology opportunity in Springfield, MA for an experienced IR/diagnostic radiologist. Enjoy a balanced schedule, hybrid remote capability, strong clinical support, and the potential to convert to permanent employment with stability and long-term security. 📈
Job Responsibilities
• Perform IR procedures including breast & thyroid FNA
• Read CT, PET/CT, US, Nuc Med, mammography
• Interpret MRI neuro, brain, spine & MSK
• Cover hospital-based radiology, with optional remote work 2–3 days/week
• Collaborate with a radiology team of 6+ physicians
• Documentation in EPIC / PowerScribe / PACS
Qualifications
• BC/BE in Radiology — REQUIRED
• Active MA medical license — REQUIRED
• ACLS & BLS — REQUIRED
• IR procedural competency — required
• No excessive malpractice or board issues
• Comfortable reading multi-modality studies
Working Hours
• Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• One day/week onsite for diagnostic breast imaging
• Locum-to-Perm conversion track (3–6 months to start)

• High accuracy in imaging interpretation
• Strong IR procedural skills
• Efficient workflow & productivity
• Excellent communication & team collaboration
• Experience with EPIC/EHR documentation
