Locums to Perm Interventional Radiologist – Springfield, Massachusetts
Key Requirements
- Start Date: February 2026
- Assignment Length: 3–6 weeks (may extend as needed)
- Board Status: BC/BE – Required
- State License: Active Massachusetts license – Required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS – Required
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One day on-site for DX Breast
- Remote/Teleradiology: Possible 2–3 days per week (TBD)
- Setting: Hospital-based with some remote coverage
- Support Staff: Full complement
- Team Size: 8 radiologists (2 leaving Feb ? 6 remaining)
- Patient Age Demographics: Pediatric through Geriatric
- Average Cases per Day: Variable
- Annual ER Volume: ~120 patients/day
- EMR: Epic / PowerScribe / PACS
- Imaging: Mammography, MRI (basic neuro, brain, spine, MSK), CT, PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Pediatric studies
- Interventional Procedures: Interventional breast/thyroid FNA
