They will be joining an employed Breast Surgeon with tele-rad as general support. You will work closely with a wide range of service lines – including oncology, surgery, pulmonary, digestive health, ENT, and critical care – to provide life-changing diagnostic and therapeutic interventions across the continuum of care. Thriving Community: Enjoy the low cost of living, top-rated schools, Division 1 university town (Coastal Carolina University), and easy access to the shoreline at Myrtle Beach, Surfside, Little River, Murrells Inlet and Pawley’s Island – all in a family-friendly, sun-soaked community.   Position Highlights: Consultation Services: Providing timely consultation to emergency medicine physicians, general surgeons, primary care physicians, and other specialists regarding diagnostic and therapeutic options for patients. Patient Care: Conducting pre-procedural patient assessment and post-procedural management and follow-up, often in a clinic setting. Diagnostic Imaging: In a community hospital setting, the IR will expect to read 80% of general diagnostic imaging studies (X-rays, CTs, MRIs, ultrasound) as part of a mixed practice. Quality Improvement: Participating in the hospital's quality monitoring and improvement programs.   COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:  5 Year Employment Agreement up to an annual base compensation of $800,000. Sign-on Bonus: $100,000 Relocation Assistance:$25,000 $ 90.00 per wRVU above base target bonus potential. Call: Flexible Base Compensation: Up to $800k base with additional WRVU bonus potential Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, & vision; supplemental insurance options (short/long-term disability, accidental, cancer, life); retirement plans with employer match. CME Allowances: 5 days off a year / $3k a year + cover costs of licenses, dues, etc. Malpractice Insurance: Coverage provided by CMC.
