Interventional Radiology Locums Physician - Kentucky, Weekends Only
Weekend-only IR coverage in Kentucky with hospital-owned lodging, APP support, and credentialing in 30-45 days.
Highlights
- Friday 5p to Monday 8a; no weekday call
- Weekend needs year-round; PRN or ongoing
- APPs assist during procedures
- IMLC accepted
Practice Setting
- Outpatient IR suite in a Level II trauma center
- Solo IR coverage with 1-2 APPs
- Procedures only; no clinic or weekday shifts
- EPIC EMR
Schedule
- PRN weekend blocks; you choose your dates
- Ideal for part-time or supplemental income
- No weekday responsibilities
Cases and Procedures
- Core: GI angio, embolizations, biopsies, mediports, HD caths
- Optional: ablations, tunneled lines, nephrostomy, GB tubes
- Image-guided via CT and ultrasound
Requirements
- Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
- Active Kentucky license or IMLC LOQ
- DEA required
Travel Accommodations
- Flight, rental car, and mileage reimbursed
