Locums – Interventional Radiologist (Windber, PA)
Location: Windber, Pennsylvania
Setting: Onsite, Hospital-based
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Need: 2 Interventional Radiologists for 1–2 weeks/month coverage
Position Summary
Seeking light IR Radiologists for a high-impact role delivering diagnostic imaging and minimally invasive procedures. Must be proficient in a range of biopsies, drainages, and diagnostic procedures.
Daily Expectations (8-hour shift)
- Study Volume: 90–100
- wRVUs: 60–70
- Modalities: X-ray, CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy
- Case Mix: ER, Fluoro, Light Interventional
- Thyroid, Lung, Liver, Renal
- CT-Guided, US-Guided
- Paracentesis
- Thoracentesis
- Abscess Drainage
- Chest Tube Placement
- Cyst Drainage
- Diagnostic LP
- Myelograms
- Joint injections (Knee, Elbow, Hip, Ankle, Shoulder)
- Board Certified Radiologist – Required
- Active Pennsylvania License – Required
- DEA Registration – Required
