Interventional Radiology Physician

Position Overview:

We have an immediate need for a locum Interventional Radiology Physician to provide interventional procedures for our veteran population. This role offers a great assignment with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact with nations veterans.

· Must have completed a residency in Interventional Radiology and be Board Certified / Board Eligible in accordance with the American Board of Radiology

· Credentialling and onboarding takes approximately 4 weeks.

• Angiography
• Cryoablation
• Balloon angioplasty/stent placement
• Line insertion
• Chemoembolization
• IVC filters
• Cholecystostomy
• Kyphoplasty
• Drain insertions
• Nephrostomy placement
• Embolization
• Gastrostomy (radiologically placed)
• Thrombolysis
• Dialysis access & related interventions
• Biopsy
• TIPS placement
• Radiofrequency/Microwave ablation
• Biliary interventions

Hours & Schedule:

· Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

· On call (Nights / Weekends / Holidays) required

· Position starts 12/1/2025 and is up to a 5-year opportunity!

Items Required for Submission:

· Current CV without any gaps over 30 days since completion of medical school- written explanations are accepted

· One active, unrestricted Medical License in any state

· Current DEA

· BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association (AHA)

· 3 Current References
