• Pain management procedures
• Perc. Transhepatic Choleangiogram
• Blood patch
• Joint/epidural injections
• Vertebroplasty
• Arthrograms

Client needs a provider with IR general experience. Stroke capability would be secondary but must be able to perform the list of general IR procedures first.

Will the provider need to be willing to read diagnostics in between IR cases? No
What is the avg # of procedures done in the 8 hr on-site day shift? Varies from 10-15
How often should they expect call back during the weekday and weekend call shifts? VAries due to certain circumstances, normally only comes in for emergencies
With the start date of 8/15 will temp privs be granted or is standard cred process required? Will need an ND license, will need to fill out the credentialing paperwork and enrollment paperwork prior
