Specialty: Interventional Radiologist
Start Date: Thursday July 31st
Contract Length: 7 days for now but future dates will be needed
Shift Details: Thursday July 31s and Friday August 1st (orientation/training) Solo coverage August 4th – 8th
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Work Details:
- Support staff: TBD
- Amount of coverage needed per month: 7 days for now but future dates will be needed, Vacation coverage
- Patients per day: waiting on this info from the client
- Patient population/age: TBD
- Department description: Interventional Radiology department
- EMR: Cerner and Fuji PACS
- Hospital bed size: 900+
- Special procedures: Ultrasound guided biopsies
CT guided biopsies, drainages, chest tubes
Mediport placement, removal
Practice Setting:
- Hospital
Requirements:
- Board Certification: required
- State license required: required unless IMLC
- DEA: required
- Certifications preferred:
- Certifications required: ACLS. BLS
- Minimum experience required:
Credentialing Timeframe: 45 to 60 days
