- Board Certified
- M–F, 8a–5p Need 2 on-site light IR rads - 1-2 weeks/month
- Volume: 90-100 and wRVUs: 60-70
- Modalities: XR, CT, MR, Flouro, and Subspecialty Case Mix: ER, Flouro
- Light IR procedures required
- Active PA license and DEA
