**Maternity Leave Coverage**
· Support staff: PA onsite to help with minor procedures
· Preferred someone who can do Interventional and Diagnostic
· Patients per day: 10-12
· Comfortable practicing in a small, community hospital setting
· Basic Modalities
· Dedicated CT scanner, ultrasound room for interventions and Angio suite
· Perform a wide variety of procedures including biopsies and tube placement, angiograms and venograms, intercostal nerve block, paracentesis and thoracentesis, etc.
· EMR: EPIC
· Will consider licensure if FULL TIME
· Xray and lab onsite
· Open to 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with another provider.
Bill Rate All-inclusive or Billable:
• Call: Market Rate
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Travel Logistics
• Specific travel client will pay for: Full travel. Hotel, flight, Car
• Travel caps- None
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License required: Yes. Will consider licensure.
· DEA: Yes
· CSR: Yes
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days
