Practice Setting: Hospital
Location : South Central Illinois
Department: Interventional Radiologist
Shift: : Monday – Friday : 7:30A – 5P , Call: 1 week out of every 6 weeks

Certification Requirements: Board Certified

State License Requirements: Active IL License, DEA and IL CS license
EMR : Epic
Procedures:

  • Full IR services including but not limited to:
  • Image guided biopsies and drainages,
  • Dialysis access maintenance and line placement
  • Hepatobiliary Interventions
  • DVT and PE management and interventions (CDT and Thrombectomy)
  • Drain placement, including Chest tubes
  • Gastrostomy, Nephrostomy.
  • Diagnostic arteriography and arterial interventions including treatment of PAD, hemorrhage (trauma, GI), oncology.


Average Time of Credentialing: 90- 120 days,
