Coverage Need/Schedule Details: M-F; 8a-5p + week night & weekend call

Open Dates:

• March 24 (24hr call), 25, 26, 27, 28
• April 3, 10 (8a-12p), 15, 16, 21 (night call), 24
• May 19 (night call), 29
• June 5, 19, 25, 26, 27, 28
• July 13 (24hr call), 14 (24hr call), 15-31 (daily & night call)
• August - December: Fully open currently

Shift times:

• 24hr call Sat/Sun OR Friday 5p-Monday 8a coverage for weekend

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• BLS/ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
• OH License - REQUIRED
• Provider MUST have clean files to be considered
• Close to OH - preferred

Job Details

• Reason for Coverage: Group left, leaving open schedule.
• Practice Setting: Hospital and imaging center
• Call Schedule: 7 days per week
• Annual ER Volume: 80k
• Documentation System/EMR: Full epic and PACs
• Number of Exam Rooms: 2 rad rooms
• Number of Radiologists in Practice: 2 IR
• Description of Support Staff: Full staffed rad group
• Demographic: Adult
• Volume of procedures: 15-25/day
• 100% IN PERSON, NO REMOTE
