--Board Certification is required
--Active Ohio license is required
--BLS and ACLS certification is required
--Clean background and malpractice
--Volume of procedures: 15-25/day
--General Community IR-strong biopsy and cancer needs
--80k ER volume per year
--EMR: EPIC
--Two IR in practice and full staffed radiology group
