- Each Wednesday from 2/21 through 6/26
- Shift: 8:00 – 4:00
- Request is for 2-4 hour days instead of one 8-hour day and cannot be 2 days in a row. Preference is Mon and Thurs or Tues and Thurs or Tues and Fri
- No Call
- 10 Patients Per Shift
- Bed in Facility: 1
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- Required Procedures:
- Upper GI Series
- Esophagram
- Barium Enema
- Modified Barium Swallow
- Arthrograms
- Myelogram
- Bone Marrow Biopsy
- Thoracentesis
- Paracentesis
- Renal Biopsy
- Liver Biopsy
- Lung Biopsy
- Thyroid Biopsy
- Tunneled Dialysis catheters
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Active TX License
- BLS Required
- Trauma Level IV
- EMR: Athena/Medhost
