Required Previous Experience: Documentation of the performance of at least forty (40) endovascular surgical neuroradiology procedures during the past two years, and at least twenty-five (25) CME hours biannually related to appropriate specialty for endovascular surgical neuroradiology.
Current California medical license
DEA with a California address
Must be Board Certified
Minimum Board Certification: BC
