PRACTICE
• Group needs a 4th IR provider - 60% IR; 40% General (Tele Rad available)
• Services include Y90, chemoembolization, ablations, Kyphoplasty, Pain, PE and DVT thrombolysis, TIPS, dialysis access interventions and others. No mammography required.
• Strong support including PA assistance for IP and OP
• Call is 1:4 with only one facility to cover
• Population catchment area of 400,000 that is not over-saturated
FINANCIAL
• Competitive salary guarantee plus LARGE RVU bonus, 30K quality bonus,13 weeks off, 20K relocation, profit sharing, 401k and competitive benefits
• Total compensation will put you clearly in the 80th+ MGMA percentile range
• Make your dollars stretch further than most places in Northern California. High earnings in a low cost of living area. 85-95% higher cost in areas like Fremont, San Jose, Walnut Creek, Pleasanton or San Francisco.
