Job Description
A Board Certified Interventional Radiologist is sought for a locums or permanent opportunity with a reputable physician owned group in Michigan's Great Lakes Bay region. You will practice 75% interventional with some general diagnostic responsibilities. The group provides services to a wide spectrum of inpatient and outpatient procedures including paras/thoras, pleural and peritoneal drains, CT/US guided biopsies and/or drains, nephrostomy and biliary drainage, central venous access and LP/myelograms, etc. Hours are Monday – Friday 8a-5p, starting as soon as credentialed, which will take roughly 60 days. No call or weekends required. Using Intelerad and Powerscribe 360 for dictation.
Requirements:
-Completion of interventional radiology fellowship or significant practice experience.
-Michigan State License or willingness to obtain.
-COVID Vaccinated.
Training completed in the United States
Locums Providers (1099) will receive competitive hourly pay as 1099/independent contractors. Travel reimbursement along with complimentary medical malpractice coverage is provided.
