Enloe Medical Center, a 298-bed level II trauma center located in the vibrant Northern California city of Chico, is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join our Medical Staff. Serving more than 400,000 residents in a six-county region in Northern California, we provide quality, compassionate, and cost-effective care to our patients. Enloe Medical Center is the largest medical center in the region and is the only acute care facility in a city with a metropolitan population of over 100,000 people.

Position Summary:

We are looking to recruit a 4th Interventional Radiologist to assist in growing inpatient and outpatient IR procedures. We provide a broad spectrum of interventional radiology services including Y90 and chemoembolization of tumors, tumor ablation, kyphoplasty and other pain management procedures, PE and DVT thrombolysis, TIPS, trauma embolization, and dialysis access interventions. We have an IR clinic to support growing referrals and allow for pre- and post-procedure patient evaluation. We participate in weekly multidisciplinary conferences to facilitate care of complex cases. A physician assistant and a Nurse Practitioner provides inpatient and outpatient support to our interventionalists. Our daily workload consists of a mixture of both IR/DR of approximately 60/40%. DR workload is provided through a global shared worklist. There is no mammography requirement.

Qualifications:

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified and fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology
  • Current fellows considered
  • Possess or be eligible for a California State License
  • California Fluoroscopy license and Operators permit
