- Interventional Radiology Fellowship Trained
- Active OH License; DEA
- MQSA Certification is a Plus

- Coverage Needed for Vacation Weeks | 8 - 10 Weeks/Year
- August 30 - September 3 | Onsite + Call
- November 22-26
- December 27 - 31
- Facility Wants Coverage on All Holidays
- Schedule:
- Weekly | Monday - Sunday | 8a-5p
- Call Nightly | 5p -8a + Weekend 24hr Call
- Inpatient Setting
- Average # of Cases per Radiologist: 42% Onsite (530/Week) | 58% Offsite (730/Week)
- Required Skill Set:
- Diagnostic: Plain Film, Fluoroscopy, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, CT, Ultrasound
- Mammography: Required to perform all Mammography reads and procedures
- Some Recent IR Procedures: IR Percutaneous Drainage W/ Catheter, Ultrasound Guided Paracentesis, Ultrasound Guided Core Biopsy, Ultrasound-Guided Thoracentesis, Arthrogram, Lumbar Puncture, CT Directed Core Needle Biopsy, Fluoroscopic Guided Hip Injection, Fluoroscopic Guided Shoulder Injection, Ultrasound-Guided Thyroid Nodule, Lumbar Myelogram, Cervical Myelogram, Hysterosalpingogram, CT Guided Bone Marrow Biopsy and Aspiration
- Cases: % of Modality Split
- DX: 86-88% | IR: 2-3% | Mammo: 10-11%
- Approx. 15-20 IR Cases/Week | 100 Mammo Cases/Week | Rest is Diagnostic (Mostly CT and PF)
