💵 Compensation Highlights

Pay Range: $280–$315/hour

24-hour call: $2,275/day

Night call: $1,000/shift

Weekend call: $2,275/day
📍 Minnesota (multi-site float)
📆 ASAP start – targeting early 2026
🗓 Schedule

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-
1:3 call rotation
-
Includes day call, overnight (5 PM–7 AM), and 24-hour weekend call

🔍 Surgical Case Mix Includes
-
CABG & valve surgery
-
TAVR, clips, lead extractions
-
Aortic aneurysms / dissections
-
LVAD & heart failure surgery
-
Minimally invasive & robotic cardiac surgery
-
Lung, thoracoscopic, congenital, esophageal procedures
📌 Requirements

Active Minnesota medical license or IMLC eligibility (no licensing support available)

Extensive cardiothoracic surgical experience

Comfortable floating between multiple regional practice locations
