A healthcare organization in Orangeburg, South Carolina is seeking a Breast Radiologist for a locum maternity leave coverage assignment focused on outpatient breast imaging and diagnostic radiology.
This opportunity allows the physician to work in a modern imaging environment dedicated to women’s health and breast cancer detection while collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
The provider will interpret breast imaging studies, perform diagnostic procedures, and support clinical teams in delivering high-quality breast imaging services across affiliated imaging sites when neededJob Responsibilities
• Perform and review breast ultrasound imaging studies
• Conduct breast imaging evaluations and diagnostic procedures
• Provide accurate radiologic interpretation for breast imaging cases
• Collaborate with oncology, surgical, and primary care teams
• Maintain timely documentation using Epic EMR
• Support imaging coverage across affiliated diagnostic locations when required
Qualifications
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Radiology
• Breast Imaging Fellowship required
• Active South Carolina medical license
• MQSA compliance with 24 months of breast imaging case logs
• Experience in mammography and breast ultrasound interpretation
• Strong proficiency with Epic EMR
