Work Description:
-
Fellowship-trained breast imaging role
-
Assigned either diagnostic breast imaging or procedures per day (not both same day)
-
Diagnostic work includes mammography and ultrasound; MRI and screening as time allows
-
Procedural days include US-guided, stereotactic, and MRI breast biopsies
Volumes (Average):
-
Diagnostic: ~25–30 patients/day
-
Procedures: ~10/day (non-MRI); MRI biopsy days include 4–5 AM and 2–4 PM
-
Screening and breast MRI volumes are flexible
Technology:
-
Intelerad PACS, PowerScribe
-
3D mammography, contrast-enhanced mammography, breast MRI
-
Advanced biopsy and localization tools (Magseed, vacuum-assisted devices)
Requirements:
-
ABR or AOBR certified
-
Current MQSA
-
Breast Imaging fellowship or significant breast imaging experience
-
Strong procedural skills, including breast MRI and MRI biopsy
-
Michigan license preferred (IMLC accepted)
