An excellent breast imaging locum assignment is now open in Greenville, SC! This is a great opportunity for an MQSA-certified Radiologist to provide comprehensive mammography services in a busy, well-supported clinical environment.

📝 Job Description

Join a high-volume imaging practice, providing essential breast imaging services for both screening and diagnostic patients. This role is ideal for a Mammography specialist who is confident with a full range of breast imaging and interventional procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret screening & diagnostic mammography
• Handle approx. 150 screening mammograms/day
• Perform ~10 diagnostic breast procedures/day
• Utilize PowerScribe for accurate reporting
• Work collaboratively with technologists and clinical teams
• Ensure high-quality imaging standards and patient-centered care
• Maintain efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment

✨ Position Highlights

• 📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 🏥 Setting: On-site, hospital & imaging center
• 🔧 Systems Used:
  • EMR: EPIC
  • PACS: Change
  • Dictation: PowerScribe
• 📈 Daily Volume Expectations:
  • Total imaging volume: 90–100 studies/day
  • wRVUs: 60–70 per shift
• 🎗️ All screenings and procedures performed onsite

✅ Requirements

• ✔️ Board Certified Radiologist
• ✔️ MQSA Certification (Required)
• ✔️ Active South Carolina Medical License
• ✔️ Active DEA Registration
• ✔️ Clean Malpractice Record
• ✔️ Experience in screening & diagnostic mammography
• ✔️ Ability to manage high-volume breast imaging workloads
