Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Clinical Details:
- Must be able to perform at least two of the following: Mammo/Breast Biopsy, IR & DX, IR & Fluoro, IR & Cardiac
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time: 30 minutes
- Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
- EMR System: Cerner
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Required, Board Eligible
- Fellowship: Preferred
- Hospital Privileges: Required
- Temporary Privileges: Available
- Provider must live 90+ miles from the facility
- Enrollment in Patient Compensation Fund required for certain states
