- Rate: $400/hr
- Dates: Dec 22, 23, 24, 26, 29, 30, 31 & Jan 2 (8a–4:30p)
- Future Coverage: Additional dates TBD
- Remote Option: Screening/diagnostic mammograms, breast ultrasound, breast MRI
- Tools: EPIC + Dragon
- Credentialing: ~30 days
