- Dates: Dec 8-12 & 15-19, Jan 5-9, Feb 2-6, Mar 2-6, Apr 6-10
- Schedule: Onsite M-F, 8a-5p
- 80% Mammo, 20% General
- Inpatient Routine, Other Routine, Stat, Stroke
- Volume expectation: 65 RVU's per shift
- Requirements: KY license, BC
- Credentialing: 90 days
