600 Bed Hospital with a Level 1 Trauma Center with associated Community Hospital and two Outpatient Facilities
Brand New Medical Imaging Center & Equipment
Work Schedule: Coverage M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
You get the Monday off post call!
Additional Help on Call
Clinic: 44 weeks a year - 4 days in Clinic, 1 day Academic
Reading Schedule- MR service, Inpatient & Outpatient CT coverage, Ultrasound, & Fluoro
Daily Volume: 50-75 studies and 10 plain films
10,000-11,000 wRVU's per year
ED Rad faculty member reads studies until midnight (on call person takes up the call) •Typically 5 CT's
Academic Involvement: include funding/grant opportunities through multidisciplinary collaborations, publishing of peer-reviewed manuscripts and participating in local and national educational opportunities
