· 24-Hour call coverage with 7-9 in-house hours per day

REQUIRED:

· AZ state license; active, unrestricted & DEA

· Board Certified

· Proof of the following immunizations: MMR, Varicella, Tdap, TB Skin Test

COMPENSATION:
