* Partner with 2 well-respected and established Pulmonologists to provide care in the inpatient, critical care, outpatient and outreach network settings
* Inpatient care would be provided in full-service regional referral center that includes 175 beds and a modern 10 bed ICU staffed by excellent nurses and respiratory therapist
* Outpatient care would be provided in an office conveniently located adjacent to the hospital and a well-established outreach network
