Pulmonary/Critical Care Opportunity Board Certified / Board Eligible • Join a caring, patient-focused team in Vincennes, Indiana, a family-friendly community with excellent quality of life. • Established pulmonary clinic with a strong patient base and opportunities for growth. • Dedicated pulmonary lung nodule clinic with onsite Hematology/Oncology, Radiation Oncology, infusion center, and Interventional Radiology. • Ion Endoluminal System available for robotic bronchoscopy. • 30-bed Acuity Adaptable ICU. • 158-bed Level III Trauma Center. • Practice mix: approximately 80% outpatient / 20% inpatient. • Monday–Friday schedule with call every 3rd weekend. • Highly skilled Respiratory Therapy department with inpatient and outpatient ACNP support. Procedures include: o Bronchoscopy o Central lines o Chest tubes o Intubation • Optional academic opportunity with an onsite ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program affiliated with Indiana University School of Medicine. Compensation & Benefits • $450,000–$500,000 guaranteed base salary for up to 3 years, plus an additional wRVU bonus structure. • $60,000 sign-on bonus. • Early signing bonus/stipend and loan repayment options. • Paid relocation assistance up to $10,000. • 31 days PTO. • 5 days / $5,000 CME allowance. • Comprehensive benefits package. • 401(a) and 403(b) retirement options. • Malpractice coverage with tail. • Physician Board works closely with Administration to provide clinical insight into organizational decisions.
