Position Overview
A well-established Pulmonary and Critical Care program is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join a highly collaborative team in Troy, New York. This position offers a balanced mix of inpatient critical care, pulmonary consults, and outpatient pulmonary medicine, supported by a comprehensive multidisciplinary care team and advanced diagnostic resources.
Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine
* Eligible for New York State Medical License
* DEA Certification Required
* Strong clinical skills in pulmonary and critical care medicine
* Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care

Schedule
* 1 Week Per Month: ICU Coverage
* 1 Week Per Month: Pulmonary Consult Service
* 2 Weeks Per Month: Outpatient Pulmonary Clinic
* Weekend coverage approximately every 4–5 weeks
* Night call approximately 2–3 times per month
* No overnight shifts
* 24/7 Critical Care coverage model
Clinical Responsibilities
* Manage critically ill patients in a closed ICU setting
* Provide inpatient pulmonary consultations
* Deliver comprehensive outpatient pulmonary care
* Perform pulmonary and critical care procedures
* Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care
* Participate in daily patient assessments and treatment planning
* Communicate with patients and families regarding care plans and outcomes
Pulmonary Program Resources
Outpatient services include:
* Full Pulmonary Function Laboratory
* Spirometry
* Chest X-Ray
* Electrocardiography (ECG)
* Oximetry Testing
* Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS)
Compensation & Benefits
* Base Salary: $400,000 – $440,000
