Compensation
- Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $204/hour to $211/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock.

- 275-bed acute care hospital is part of the Adventist HealthCare System
- Medical staff of over 1,000 Physicians
- Construction is underway for a new state-of-the-art Emergency Department, ICU, and Cath Lab Suite (estimated to open in 2026)
- The hospital offers a Behavioral Health Unit with dedicated pediatric beds
- The hospital has a robust NICU and inpatient pediatrics unit
