Job description Pulmonology opening in Wisconsin Green Bay, Wi Full time Come live, play, and practice in beautiful Green Bay, Wisconsin, consistently recognized as one of the top cities to live in the U.S. This is an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified / Board Eligible Pulmonologist to join a highly collaborative medical team and play a key role in continuing to build and shape a growing pulmonary program. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in diagnosing and treating respiratory diseases and experience working across both inpatient and outpatient settings. While Critical Care is not currently required, there is potential for future involvement if desired. This position is well-suited for a physician who values program development, multidisciplinary collaboration, and long-term growth within a supportive and physician-led environment. Practice Details * Physician rotation model: * 2 weeks outpatient pulmonary clinic with inpatient rounding (supported by inpatient APC; rounding typically during the last 2 hours of the day) * 2 weeks procedure-focused days with clinic sessions in between * Monday–Friday schedule only * No weekends, no call * Major holidays observed * Average daily volumes: * 10–20 clinic patients * 2–4 inpatients * Participation in regional outreach * Minimally invasive pulmonary procedures, including: * EBUS (required) * ION robotic bronchoscopy * Standard bronchoscopy * Navigational bronchoscopy * Six dedicated pulmonary patient rooms * Pulmonary Function Lab: * Two PFT machines in Green Bay * One PFT machine in Oconto * Established Lung Screening Program and Lung Nodule Clinic * Weekly multidisciplinary meetings with radiology and cardiothoracic surgery to review positive findings * Large referral base supported by approximately 400 employed primary care and specialty physicians * Monthly multidisciplinary Tumor Board participation * EPIC electronic medical record Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base compensation * Production-based bonus * Quality bonus tied to achievement of defined goals * Supervision compensation * CME allowance: $5,000 annually plus 80 hours of paid CME time * Paid Time Off: 264 hours annually * Relocation assistance up to $12,000 * Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance * Short- and long-term disability coverage * Life insurance * Retirement plans including 401(k) and 457(b) * Professional liability insurance provided Why This Opportunity * Physician retention rate in the 94th percentile * Locally governed, not-for-profit health system * Financially strong organization with consistently high bond ratings * Strong focus on leadership development, education, and career growth * True team-based culture where provider and staff input is valued * Shared physician/administrator dyad governance model
