This pulmonary-critical care group was built intentionally to allow physicians to practice medicine without unnecessary clerical burden. With strong APP support, documentation assistance, and leadership that values physician input, this is a place where providers build long-term careers.
The Role
• Combined inpatient pulmonary/ICU and outpatient pulmonary practice
• Open ICU with diverse case mix
• APPs provide first call and inpatient support 24/7
• Procedures optional
• Sleep medicine optional

• Administrative team manages scheduling and coverage adjustments

Schedule & Coverage
• Morning inpatient rounds / afternoon outpatient clinic
• 1:3 weekend rotation
• Weekly rotating night call
• Home call model with in-house NP coverage
Compensation & Benefits
• $450,000 base salary
• Productivity bonus after year one
• Partnership track
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• Full benefits, CME, PTO, malpractice
